1. Refund Eligibility

  • The wrong item or wrong size/product was shipped.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

2. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Product without original packaging, tags, or invoice

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items

  • Custom / personalized orders

Once used or washed, the product cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Refund Process

  2. Share:

    • Order number

    • Photos/videos clearly showing the issue

  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.

  4. If approved, one of the following will be offered:

    • Replacement of the product

    • Store credit (valid for future purchases)

    • Refund (approved cases only)

Refund is issued only after the returned product passes a quality check at our facility.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds (where applicable) are processed through the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days after approval for the amount to reflect in your bank/payment account.

5. Damaged / Missing Items During Transit

If the package appears tampered or damaged, please:

  • Do not accept the parcel, and

  • Notify us immediately within 24 hours.

We will take it up with the courier partner.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation or refund is not possible.

7. Exchange Option (If Refund Not Applicable)

Instead of a refund, you may opt for:
